International lecture day
Eight speaker listings bring different European perspectives on nature and reflexology. Attend at Varala or join the lecture day online.
Workshop day
Explore the theme through workshops led by the listed speakers. Detailed timings and workshop arrangements will follow.
Lectures are delivered in English, with Finnish interpretation via Zoom. Participants using interpretation need their own device, Zoom connection and headphones.

The AGM on Friday, 21 May is for RiEN member representatives and board members. You can register for the AGM without booking the conference: both have separate attendance selections in the organisers’ form.
The conference is open to everyone. RiEN membership is not required. Reflexologists, students, educators and anyone interested in the theme are welcome.
Yes. Online participation in Saturday’s lecture day costs €70. Select the Zoom lecture-day option in the registration form. The Sunday workshops are not listed as an online option.
The €200 Early Bird fee includes Saturday’s lectures, Sunday’s workshops, lunches and refreshments. The fee becomes €240 after 31 December 2026. Accommodation and the optional Saturday dinner are booked separately.
Yes. The current Early Bird registration form lists Saturday’s lecture day only at €100 and Sunday’s workshop day only at €100. These options receive separate invoicing. Ask the organisers about one-day rates after the Early Bird deadline.
Saturday’s lectures will be in English. Finnish interpretation is available via Zoom; bring your own device, Zoom connection and headphones if you wish to use it. Contact the organisers about workshop languages.
Yes. AGM and conference attendance are selected separately in the same form. The AGM is reserved for RiEN member association and school representatives and board members. For AGM-only attendance, leave the conference activities unselected.
Yes. Request accommodation in the registration form. The Early Bird rate is €121 per double room per night for one or two people, including breakfast, until 31 December 2026. After that date, contact Varala directly for available rooms. Accommodation is separate from the conference fee.
The form offers an optional dinner on Saturday, 22 May, at approximately €35. It is invoiced separately later. The final price and arrangements should be confirmed with the organisers.
The current form states that payment instructions for the two-day booking and online lecture option are sent automatically. One-day attendance and dinner receive separate invoices. Enter your required billing details in the form and contact the organisers for payment questions.
