Registration for our event is done through a completed registration form. You will receive the confirmation of your form by email, which establishes the agreement for participation.

You may bring your confirmation printed or digital. If you own a lafuma seat and you are in the possibility to bring it, you may bring it with you. Drinks, refreshments and lunch are included in the price so you do not need to bring that. 

Register for the online ticket and the link to follow live online will be sent to you by mail the day before the conference and this along with the congress book. 

You certainly can. The event is not in a hotel, but you can find many hotels and B&B in the neighborhood that you can book. Westcord Hotel Eindhoven is offering a 15% discount for you on their best available rate. You can find the link and info lower on our site.

Cancellation: Cancellation must be notified in writing or by e-mail to secretary.rien@gmail.com. 

Please note that registration falls under Article 16 of the European Union Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, for which the right of withdrawal is excluded.

The following conditions apply for the cancellation period:

a) For cancellations between 25 March and 23 April: 50% of the registration fee remains payable.

b) After 23 April: No refunds are available. A substitute may be appointed, provided RiEN is notified in advance by email.

c) Non-participation or partial participation: In all cases of non-participation or partial participation, regardless of the reason, the full registration fee remains payable.

Specific arrangement for online participants: No refunds are available for online participants, as recordings remain accessible for an extended period.
