The AGM brings members together to review RiEN’s finances, hear developments from across our member countries, discuss the work of our committees and working groups, and agree future priorities.
Up to two representatives from each member association or school may attend. The detailed agenda and timings will be shared once confirmed.
The organisers use one form with separate attendance selections. You do not have to attend the conference to join the AGM. Select your RiEN member or board category, then your AGM attendance. For AGM-only attendance, leave the conference activities unselected.
The form also includes an online AGM option. Ask the organisers about online access and any applicable fee.

The AGM is reserved for RiEN member association and member school representatives and board members. Each member association or school may send up to two representatives.
No. AGM attendance is independent of conference attendance. In the shared form, select your member or board status and the AGM attendance option. Leave the conference activities unselected if you are attending only the AGM.
The registration form includes a Zoom AGM option for Friday, 21 May. Please ask the organisers about access details and any fee for online AGM attendance.
The form lists a €40 meeting fee, including lunch and snacks. Accommodation and conference bookings are separate.
Yes. Request accommodation in the registration form. The Early Bird rate is €121 per double room per night for one or two people, including breakfast, until 31 December 2026. After that date, contact Varala directly about available rooms.

On 22–23 May, the international conference explores Nature in me, us in nature – Integrating nature into reflexology practice, with lectures on Saturday and workshops on Sunday.
The conference is open to everyone and booked separately from AGM attendance.
