Each year, RiEN hosts an Annual General Meeting (AGM) open to up to two representatives from each member association and school.

The AGM is a vital opportunity for members to come together to discuss RiEN’s budget, receive updates from members on developments in their countries and review the progress of our working groups. We will also set key working points to guide our strategies and priorities for the future.

Rates valid for 1-night stays:

Double room €160.00 (with a double bed or two separate beds)
Triple room €210.00 (with a double bed and a single bed or three single beds)
Quadruple room €240.00 (with a double bed and two single beds)
Double room for single use €140.00 (with a double bed)

Rates valid for a minimum stay of 2 nights:

Double room €140.00 (with a double bed or two twin beds)
Triple room €180.00 (with a double bed and a single bed or three twin beds)
Quadruple room/apartment €220.00 (with a double bed and two twin beds)
Double room for single use €120.00 (with a double bed)

The above rates are per room/apartment, per night, including breakfast.

Tourist tax is not included in the above rates and is €3.00 per person per night.

⚠️ 👀 Cancellation for INDIVIDUAL bookings by individual guests 👀⚠️ :

to guarantee the booking and confirmation, a non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of the first night for each room booked is required.

Cancellation terms for individual bookings:

There is no penalty for cancellations received in writing within 7 days (12:00 PM) of the arrival date. The deposit will be refunded net of bank charges.
From 7 days onwards, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation penalty.
Early departures will be charged as per the initial booking.
In the event of a no-show, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be applied.
